    When the driver depresses the clutch pedal, the push rod pushes the master cylinder piston to increase the oil pressure and enters the wheel pump through the hose, forcing the wheel pump rod to push the release fork and push the release bearing forward; when the driver releases the clutch pedal, The hydraulic pressure is released, the release fork gradually returns to its original position under the action of the return spring, and the clutch is in the engaged state again.
    There is a radial oblong through hole in the middle of the clutch master cylinder piston. The direction limiting screw passes through the oblong hole of the piston to prevent the piston from rotating. The oil inlet valve is installed in the axial hole at the left end of the piston, and the oil inlet valve seat is inserted through the straight hole on the piston surface. in the piston bore.
    When the clutch pedal is not stepped on, there is a gap between the push rod of the master cylinder and the piston of the master cylinder. Due to the limit of the oil inlet valve by the direction limiting screw, there is a small gap between the oil inlet valve and the piston. In this way, the oil storage cylinder is communicated with the left cavity of the master pump through the pipe joint, the oil passage, the oil inlet valve and the oil inlet valve. When the clutch pedal is depressed, the piston moves to the left, and the oil inlet valve moves to the right relative to the piston under the action of the return spring, eliminating the gap between the oil inlet valve and the piston.
    Continue to step on the clutch pedal, the oil pressure in the left cavity of the master cylinder rises, the brake fluid in the left cavity of the master cylinder enters the booster through the oil pipe, the booster works, and the clutch is disengaged.
    Release the clutch pedal, the piston moves to the right faster under the action of the co-located spring, because the brake fluid has a certain resistance in the flow of the pipeline, the speed of the flow back to the master cylinder is slow, so a certain pressure is formed in the left cavity of the master cylinder. Vacuum degree, the oil inlet valve moves to the left under the action of the pressure difference between the left and right oil chambers of the piston, and a small amount of brake fluid in the oil storage tank flows into the left chamber of the master cylinder through the oil inlet valve to make up for the vacuum. When the brake fluid that originally entered the booster from the master cylinder flows back to the master cylinder, excess brake fluid appears in the left cavity of the master cylinder, and the excess brake fluid will flow back to the oil storage tank through the oil inlet valve.
